The SCO member states support the further reform of the international financial system, financial supervision and cooperation in the field of coordination of efforts to increase policy, Member States will continue to maintain an effective dialogue on issues of financial stability.

SCO member states will promote transportation, communications, agricultural production, innovation and energy saving technology, trade and tourism and other areas of the large-scale joint projects, speed up development of related financial protection mechanism. Implementation of these projects will significantly enhance the mutual trade volume, open up new markets for regional development and diversification of transport corridors between Asia and Europe into a strong power.

Implement 20,081,030 approved at the Astana “ implementation of the Action Plan” will help promote the economic growth of the SCO member states.

Heads of state stand to further strengthen the SCO regional trade and investment cooperation, including the role of the observer countries and dialogue partners of the potential.
