SCO FMs meet on regional peace, security
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
A delegation of Uzbekistan participated at the session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
Uzbekistan Foreign Ministry said that the meeting was held in Almaty, Kazakhstan, on 14 May 2011.
The session considered issues of preparing to the SCO summit and other issues of regional and international character.
Founded in Shanghai in 2001, the SCO is comprised of six members: China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
