Shareholders of Savdogarbank adopted a corresponding decision, the disclosure report of the company said.

According to the decision of the shareholders, the bank will place shares worth 8 billion soums. Number of announced shares makes up 80 million ordinary shares with par value of 100 soums each.

The charter capital of the bank makes up 42 billion soums and consists of 418.5 million ordinary and 1.5 million preferential shares.
