The center for coordinating and developing of securities market registered the prospectus of emission of the Uzbek bank.

The bank will place 80 million ordinary shares with par value of 100 soums each. Total volume of the issue will make up 8 billion soums.

In the result of the placement, the charter capital of Savdogarbank will hit 50 billion soums. Now, the bank’s charter capital is 42 billion soums, which consists of 418.5 million ordinary and 1.5 million preferential shares.
