Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Greenbanking project of Uzsanoatqurilishbank has gained worthy popularity not only in the country, but also at the international level.

It should be noted that in recent years, in the system of Uzsanoatqurilishbank, which carries out large-scale transformation processes, priority attention is paid to this area. Together with the International Finance Corporation and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Greenbanking project has been introduced for the first time in Uzbekistan. In all territorial branches of the bank, green projects have been formed, for the financing of which additional funds are attracted.

At the Green Finance Awards 2021 competition held recently by Astana International Financial Centre, the contribution of Uzsanoatqurilishbank to the development of a green economy was highly appreciated. The bank was awarded the Grand Prize of the competition – “The Best Green Investment Bank”.
