During the conference, the participants discussed issues on developing and introduction of digital broadcasting, including strategy of digital television development and introduction in Uzbekistan, frequency-territorial transfer to digital broadcasting in Uzbekistan for 2010-2015, transfer to digital technology, solutions of Huawei in IP TV and others.

Participants exchanged opinion on existing problems on introduction of digital television and solutions to tackle them, production of subscriber devices, introduction of mobile and interactive television, training of specialists, etc.
