Al Ahed fell behind after 37 minutes as Alisher Halikov handed Neftchi the lead, but Sader struck in first half stoppage time to pull the home side level.
And Al Ahed scored four times after the break through Mohamad Halawi, Junior Da Silva, Ahmad Zraik and Sader’s penalty to seal the convincing win.
After a slow start to the contest, Sader had the first real chance as he sent a free-kick narrowly over the crossbar for the home side after 15 minutes.
Neftchi’s first threat arrived six minutes later as Sandjar Askaraliev’s set piece was saved by Al Ahed goalkeeper Mohamad Hammoud.
Askaraliev then fired wide for the visitors as Neftchi’s dominance continued and they should have been rewarded after 30 minutes but Askaraliev headed Azamat Juramuradov’s cross into the side netting.
But their pressure paid off eight minutes before half-time as Halikov took advantage of a defensive mistake to open the scoring.
The goal spurred the home side into life and Al Ahed were rewarded as Sader headed home Zraik’s cross. And Al Ahed started the second half brightly and took the lead three minutes after the restart when Zraik provided the delivery for defender Halawi to head home.
The Lebanese champions kept their foot on the gas and added a third five minutes before the hour mark as Sader this time crossed for Brazilian striker Da Silva to sent his header past Neftchi goalkeeper Yuriy Tsoy.
A fourth soon followed on the hour mark when Zraik turned from provider to scorer as he collected a pass from Hussein Alawieh before firing home from a tight angle.
And with 15 minutes remaining Sader converted from the penalty spot after Da Silva had been was fouled inside the area.
