Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on an official working visit to the Republic of Karakalpakstan in Uzbekistan.

Upon arrival at the international airport in Nukus, the head of Tatarstan was met by the chairman of the parliament of the republic, Amanbay Orynbayev, and the chairman of the Council of Ministers, Farkhod Ermanov.

As part of the visit, the Tatarstan delegation led by Rustam Minnikhanov will visit a number of enterprises on 7 November. The Tatarstan delegation will also hold a working meeting with the leadership of Karakalpakstan.
