Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko was awarded the badge "Excellent Health Worker of the Republic of Uzbekistan". The awarding ceremony was held as part of the Uzbek-Russian medical forum in Samarkand. 

At the event, Murashko noted that Russia and Uzbekistan "are connected by strong friendly ties and close cooperation."

The badge "Excellent Health Worker of the Republic of Uzbekistan" is awarded to Uzbeks and foreigners who have contributed to improving the health of the population of Uzbekistan and have achieved high performance in their work.
