Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As part of their visit to Uzbekistan, members of the Russian State Duma delegation, led by Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin, toured the Technological Park of Software Products and Information Technologies (IT Park).

The guests received a detailed presentation on IT Park’s activities, which was established in 2019 to support startups and foster the development of the IT industry.

The delegation learned about successful initiatives, including the launch of around 30 new startups in a short period, the implementation of numerous IT projects, and the organization of educational programs, training sessions, and workshops for young professionals.

Russian parliamentarians were also briefed on the park’s infrastructure, startup development opportunities, and support measures for IT companies, including tax incentives.

During the visit, discussions were held on prospects for cooperation in digital technologies.
