On 8 November 2012, Tashkent city court on criminal affairs satisfied appeal of Uzdunrobita on returning its assets and real estate, which was earlier transferred to the government in line with the decision of the court, the release said.

The Russian embassy added that financial claims to MTS Uzbekistan were set at US$500 million, which can be paid within eight months in equal installments. Earlier, MTS said that the sum of financial claims was US$600 million.

The release said that the Russian side positively rates decision of Tashkent court on returning assets of Uzdunrobita and hopes for mutual beneficial of settlement of all existing issues.
