Russia, Azerbaijan, Central Asia to Open Anti-Drug Coordination Center
Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has signed a decree proposing to the Russia president to sign this agreement.
The agreement is expected to be signed between Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. Putin’s decree will be posted on the Russian government’s website on Thursday.
