Russia and Uzbekistan expand cooperation in the field of renewable energy sources

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Russian company Dealan Energo (Udmurtia) signed a license agreement for the right to produce and sell wind farms in Uzbekistan.

The project is being implemented jointly with the Uzbek enterprise Kokand Mechanical Plant JSC.

In addition, the company entered into a dealer agreement with Amrut Resource LLC for the supply of HPPs to Uzbekistan with the right to complete and carry out support work.

Dealan Energo is engaged in scientific developments in the field of renewable energy.

It is worth noting that large-scale work is currently underway in Uzbekistan to switch to "green" energy. By 2026, the republic intends to increase the level of generation based on renewable energy sources to 25% (8GW).

In September of this year, it became known that it was planned to create clusters in Kashkadarya region of the country to provide consumers with alternative energy devices.
