Richard Gasquet defeats Denis Istomin in Monte Carlo

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Richard Gasquet of France reached the second round of Monte Carlo Masters, outplaying Denis Istomin of Uzbekistan with the score – 5:7, 6:3, 6:4.

During the match, Denis Istomin had better first serve – 64% against 48% of French player. Istomin registered three break points, while Gasquest broke opponent four times.

Gasquet had a straight-set win over Istomin last year at the Australian Open.
