Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As part of the International Campaign "16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence," the "White Sail" Center, in collaboration with its partners, held the creative contest "World Without Violence: A View Through Art" at Kimyo International University.
Students and young people presented their works — including artworks, graphic designs, videos, and promotional videos — focused on the issue of violence against women and ways to address it. The contest became a platform for discussing social justice, women’s safety, and the role of art in raising awareness about this problem.
Participants demonstrated a creative and deep approach to the topic. Organizers highlighted the importance of drawing public attention to the issue of violence and building a resilient society where women feel safe.
The goal of the contest was to draw attention to the problem of violence, emphasize the role of education and culture in its prevention, and create a safe society for women.
