According to the Russian financial regulator, the volume of remittances from Russia to Uzbekistan in 2017 reached US$.663 billion. The growth made up 41% compared to 2016.
At the same time, US$122.2 million of remittances were transferred from Uzbekistan to Russia in 2017, which is 40.45% less than in 2016.
The amount of one transaction from Russia to Uzbekistan in the reporting period increased from US$431 in 2016 to US$467 in 2017 and from Uzbekistan to Russia fell from US$1,203 to US$973.
The Central Bank of Russia noted that the data cover such systems as Anelik, BLIZKO, Contact, InterExpress, UNIStream, Western Union, Zolotaya Korona, LEADER, Russian Post.
