Document states that deriving additional revenue by the enterprises by means of decreasing costs of production and maintaining price for their products on the same level cannot be considered a violation of legislation on order of price and tariffs formation, State demonopolization committee’s press service reported.

At the same time the decree obliges to direct received additional profit to realization of the projects on modernization, technical re-equipment of production, provided in decisions of President and government on anti-crisis events, further decrease of costs of production and final costs of products, and also bonus payments to employees.
