Ravshan Irmatov, who was named the best referee of Uzbekistan in 2013, was included to Top-10 referees of the world of 2013. He was placed to the 8th place of the rating.

Irmatov became an only representative of Asia in the rating. Other nine referees in Top-10 represent Europe.

Howard Webb (England) topped the ranking with 102 points. Nicola Rizzoli (Italy) and Viktor Kassai (Hungary) were on the second and third places respectively.

Selected editorial offices and experts from 70 countries and from all the football continents took part in the 2013 annual election for the World’s Best Referee, the 27th time it has been carried out by the IFFHS.
