Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the bank on 24 January 2013.

Within the emission, Ravnaq-Bank will issue 2 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. Total volume of emission makes up 2 billion soums.

According to the bank, the shares of the emission will be placed on open subscription among unlimited number of investors.
