Uzbekneftegaz an Radial Drilling Services signed agreement on cooperation, which envisages that the US firm will participate in the project on introduction of efficient method on opening the oil reservoir by radial drilling.

Radial drilling at existing wells across Uzbekistan will help to intensify mining and use reserves, which hard to mine. In average, the debit growth will make up 3 tonnes a day.

The preliminary cost of the project is US$30 million. The project will be implemented within three years. The contract with the US firm can be signed by the end of 2012.

The project will be financed due to own resources of Uzbekneftegaz.
