Revenue from rendered services grew from 1.064 billion soums in 2010 to 1.4 billion soums in 2011. Expenses of the period rose from 691.293 million soums to 979.941 million soums in the reporting period.

Other income from main activity grew from 284.1 million soums in 2010 to 322.654 million soums in 2011. Income from financial activities made up 359.41 million soums against 202.914 million soums. Expenes from financial activity rose from 159.38 million soums to 528.285 million soums in the reporting period.

Assets of Qurilish-lizing decreased from 14.569 billion soums in 2010 to 9,218 billion soums in 2011. Long-term assets decreased from 7.021 billion soums in 2010 to 5.615 billion soums in 2011, current assets – from 7.7 billion soums to 3.6 billon soums in the reporting period.

Own capital grew from 6.432 billion soums to 6.586 billion soums in the reporting period. At the same time charter capital made up 4.4 billion soums. Undistributed income made up 774.91 million soums in 2011 against 692.598 million in 2010.

The company’s liabilities decreased from 8.287 billion soums to 2.632 billion soums in the reporting period, the report said.

Qurilish-Lizing, company working in leasing industry, was created in line with the decision of the Cabinet of Minister of Uzbekistan “On introducing renting and leasing services into capital construction system” from 23 October 2003. The company leases construction equipment and mechanisms to construction and contractor organizations.
