According to the decision of shareholders, the company will pay 99 soums of dividends per ordinary share and 275 soums per preferred stock.

Total number of share, on which dividends are paid, makes up 3,927,582 ordinary shares and 75,000 preferred stocks.

As reported earlier, Qurilish-lizing received net income for 554.821 million soums in 2011 against 692.6 million in 2010.

Shareholders issued 388.83 million soums to payment of dividends on ordinary shares and 20.625 million soums on preferred shares.

The company will issue 27.741 million soums to formation of reserve fund, fund for labour protection and material stimulation of Supervisory Council and Revision Commission fund each.

Shareholders allocated 14.396 million soums to material stimulation fund and 62.142 million soums to development fund.
