Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  The net loss of Joint Stock Company "Quartz" for the first three quarters of 2024 amounted to 127.5 billion soums, a significant increase compared to a loss of only 3.8 billion soums during the same period of last year.

In the first quarter of the current year, the company’s loss was 15.9 billion soums, which grew to 70.3 billion soums by mid-year.

As of the end of Q3, the company’s long-term bank loans decreased by 27.0% year-on-year, totaling 206.3 billion soums, while short-term loans surged by 186.5%, reaching 104.4 billion soums.

The company’s assets declined by 4.7% compared to last year, amounting to 737.1 billion soums, and its equity dropped by 36.7%, reaching 251.1 billion soums.

Revenue for Quartz in Q3 2024 was 384.1 billion soums, a 4.9% decrease compared to the same period in 2023.
