The festival is one of largest projects of Fund Forum and it will take place for the ninth time this year. The project is open for children at the age between six and 14. They can demonstrate their talents in such areas as classic and national music instruments, singing, dancing, fine and applied art, poetry and literature.

The applications to the festival were accepted from 1 July to 10 October 2012. Over 30,000 children applied to the festival. Overall, some 128,000 children participated at the festival in nine months.

The winners of the qualification round will advance to final round. Laureates of the festival will receive diplomas and prizes, as well as right to participate in international contests.
