Qishloq Qurilish Bank registered the prospectus emission of ordinary and preferential shares for 153.75 billion soums with the regulator.

In line with the prospectus of emission, the bank will issue 1.5 billion shares with par value of 102.5 soums each. The bank will place 1.491 billion ordinary shares and 9 million preferential shares. Total sum of the emission makes up 153.75 billion soums.

Shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of shares with par value of 100 soums to new ones with nominal value of 102.5 soums.

The difference between par values of new and old shares for 3.75 billion soums will be paid due to undistributed income for 2010.
