Qishloq Qurilish Bank to place shares for 16.7bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Joint stock commercial bank “Qishloq Qurilish Bank” registered a prospectus of emission for 16.7 billion soums.

The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the prospectus of emission of Qishloq Qurilish Bank.

Within the emission, the bank will place over 145.28 million ordinary shares with par value of 115 soums. Total volume of emission will make up over 16.7 billion soums.
