The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the bank.

Within the issue, Qishloq Qurilish Bank will place 10,000 bonds with par value of 500,000 soums each. Total sum of the emission is 5 billion soums.

Circulation term of the bonds is 1,890 days. The coupons will be paid each quarter based on refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan (currently 12%) minus 1%.

Currently, the charter capital of Qishloq Qurilish Bank makes up 181.136 billion soums now. It consists of 1.669 billion ordinary shares with par value of 108.5 soums each, of which 1.66 billion are ordinary stocks and 9 million – preferred shares.

Earlier, Qishloq Qurilish Bank placed corporate bonds worth 5 billion soums. The bank issued 10,000 bonds with nominal value of 500,000 soums.
