The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus of the emission of the company.

Within the emission, the company will issue 125,242 ordinary shares with par value of 10,000 soums each. Total volume of the issue is over 1.252 billion soums.

Shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription. Uzbekenergo state joint stock company will buy 65,359 ordinary shares and the State Property Committee – 59,883 ordinary stocks.
