The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered emission prospectus of the company.

In line with the prospectus, the company will issue 292,230 ordinary shares with nominal value of 2,617 soums each. Total emission volume on par value reaches 764,765,910 soums.

Shares of the emission will be placed through replacement of old shares with less nominal value to new ones with higher par value. The differences between old shares and new shares for 162,277,659 soums will be paid due to undistributed income for previous years.
