Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- At the thirty-third plenary session, senators discussed the Law on State Registration of Rights to Real Estate.

As is known, during the years of independence, a number of legal acts were adopted in the field of state registration of rights to real estate in order to ensure the welfare of the population and create favorable conditions for doing business.

Today, however, relations related to the state registration of rights to real estate are regulated by legal acts of various strengths. Their dispersion and, at the same time, the inconsistency of the norms, had a negative impact on the regulation of this sphere.

In this regard, time itself dictates the need to further strengthen the protection of the rights of citizens and entrepreneurs to real estate and ensure guarantees of reliable protection.

As a solution to these issues, the Law "On State Registration of Rights to Real Estate" was developed.

It indicates the types of real estate, the rights and restrictions relating to them, the sequence of state registration, state registration of the right to land plots and refusal to do so, pre-trial resolution of disputes, the legal solution of all relations related to other areas.

The law not only eliminates existing problems, but also strengthens the protection of the rights of citizens and entrepreneurs to real estate, and is a legal document that reliably protects and, importantly, has direct effect.

As a result of the adoption of the Law, the state guarantee of the rights to real estate of individuals and legal entities will be strengthened.

Reliable protection of the rights of owners will be provided. Disputes related to real estate will be resolved in court, attitudes towards private property will change, investments will be attracted to the economy and stable development of the economy.

At the end of the discussion, the law was approved by the senators.
