Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A representative of the Embassy of Uzbekistan met with Alexander Yakovits, deputy chairman of the Belgospischeprom concern, in the Belarusian capital. 

During the meeting, detailed information was provided on food and fruit and vegetable products produced in Uzbekistan.

The prospects for further development of bilateral cooperation in this area were discussed. In particular, special attention was paid to the supply of dried and processed fruits and vegetables from Uzbekistan to enterprises that are part of the concern, the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation, and a further increase in trade volumes.

As a result of the meeting, it was decided to organize bilateral working visits in order to exchange experience in food production and study new technologies in the food industry.
