Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The delegation of Uzbekistan headed by the Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Tanzila Narbayeva, who is currently on an official visit to the Republic of Belarus, held a number of meetings.

Thus, the parliamentary delegation at the Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after M. Tank held a dialogue with the Minister of Education of this country A. Ivanets and the rector of the university A. Zhuk.

During the conversation, attention was paid to the current state and prospects for cooperation between the two countries in the field of education.

In particular, an exchange of views took place on such issues as the training of teaching staff, the joint development of a methodology for organizing the educational process, the implementation of research projects, and the development of inclusive education.

It was emphasized that the academic exchange of students and professors of higher educational institutions is one of the effective methods of cooperation.

The rector of BSPU A. Zhuk said that he intends to establish cooperation with the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami.

Upon completion of the dialogue, an agreement was reached on the implementation of joint projects in order to further strengthen cooperation in the field of education and science.
