Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- First Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Sodik Safoev held a meeting with the regional management of Acwa Power.

The prospects for cooperation in various areas of energy were discussed at the meeting. Issues of joint work on scientific projects that contribute to the development of the energy sector and strengthening energy security in the region were considered.

Particular attention was paid to educational programs and initiatives aimed at training specialists in the field of energy and geopolitics.

The parties also discussed other issues of mutual interest.
