The committee said that owners of land and real estate should pay corresponding taxes by 15 October 2013.

It recalled that houses, flats, country houses, garages and other premises are levied tax at the rate of 1.04% of their inventory cost. The tax rate set at 1.25% if the size of the flat, located in the cities, is between 200 to 500 square meters. The rate set at 1.55% if the flat size exceeds 500 square meters.

The committee said that the tax size is calculated by the tax bodies and they submit a certificate with the size of tax to taxpayers.
