Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan's State Tax Committee has developed a draft government resolution to integrate electronic invoices (ESF) with electronic transport waybills (ETTN).
This document has been prepared in response to Presidential Decree No. PF-132 issued on 30 August 2024.
The project proposes creating a unified ESF and ETTN form for goods transportation, while retaining the option to issue separate, traditional ESF and ETTN forms on a voluntary basis.
The draft also outlines specific ETTN usage regulations tailored to different business operations, including adjustments for one-sided ETTNs, transportation for processing, and delivery via postal and courier services.
To gather feedback, the Tax Committee held discussions with representatives of the National Association of Accountants and Auditors of Uzbekistan and the business community, and the document is being refined based on business feedback.
The project is also under joint review with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and the Public Council for Entrepreneurial Support under the President.
