Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Progress Active has become a shareholder of the insurance company Kafil Sug’urta.

According to the Unified Portal of Corporate Information, Progress Active acquired 10 million shares of the insurance company and became the owner of 21.88% of the shares of Kafil Sug’urta.

Progress Active company was established in 2021 in Tashkent. The company is engaged in the rental and management of non-residential premises.

Kafil Sug’urta has been operating in the insurance market since 2004. Prior to this transaction, Kichik Sanoat Markazi was the sole shareholder of Kafil Sug’urta.
