Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On measures to implement the program" 20,000 entrepreneurs - 500,000 qualified specialists" was adopted, Norma reports.

Entrepreneurs operating within the framework of this program conclude relevant cooperation agreements with khokimiyats and ministries.

Business entities that have provided jobs for citizens included in the Unified Register of Social Protection for at least one year, if the share of these citizens in the total number of their employees is at least 20%, are granted benefits:

creating:

from 51 to 100 jobs - a reduction in the tax rate for property tax and land tax by 50%;

from 101 to 200 - a reduction in the tax rate for property tax and land tax by 75%;

over 200 jobs – full exemption from property tax and land tax.

Also, entrepreneurs participating in the Program are given the right to pay all taxes (except for VAT and taxes paid as a tax agent), as well as customs payments in installments and without security within (depending on the number of places created) 3, 6 and 12 months respectively.

When creating from 51 to 200 new jobs, business entities are not subject to a tax audit. If more than 200 jobs are created, no types of tax audits will be carried out.

For entrepreneurs included in the Program, the "green corridor" regime will operate at the customs.

the composition of the republican commission for the implementation of the Program "20 thousand entrepreneurs - 500 thousand qualified specialists";

List of 9 ministries and departments whose databases are integrated with the information system "Hamkor tadbirkor";

Regulations on orders:

implementation of the Program;

application to business entities within the framework of the Program of tax and customs benefits, as well as preferences.

creation of practical monocenters and reimbursement of expenses associated with their construction and equipment;
