Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On amendments and additions to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 704 on approval of the Regulations on the procedure for voluntary liquidation and termination of activities of business entities and exclusion from the state register of persons not engaged in financial and economic activities” was adopted.

In accordance with the document, from now on, in the event of voluntary liquidation, a business entity, including individual entrepreneurs, is exempted from the obligation to provide the registration authority with:

account closure certificate. This information is loaded by the bank into the information system;

their seals and stamps.
