Procedure for Displaying QR-Code Passports at Construction Sites Established
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The regulation “On the Procedure for Installing QR-Code (Matrix Barcode) Passports at Construction Sites” has been officially registered with the Ministry of Justice (registration number: 3672, 26.08.2025).
The regulation sets the rules for displaying QR-code (matrix barcode) passports at construction sites.
The QR-code passport must be installed by the project developer at the entrance to the construction site or in another location clearly visible to the public on the day the site is registered with the local inspection authorities.
From the date of registration with the territorial inspections until the site is commissioned, the QR-code passport must remain on the site in an active state.
The passport must be made from moisture- and weather-resistant materials, with overall dimensions of 2400×1200 mm, and installed at a height of at least 1 meter above the ground.
After the site is registered with the territorial inspection, the QR code is automatically generated and linked to a page containing the site’s primary information in the “Transparent Construction” information system.
