Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 20 March, Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade Laziz Kudratov took part in a round table on the topic “Systemic problems arising when exporting textile products and ways to solve them.”

The meeting was attended by more than 50 manufacturers and exporters of textile products from all regions of the country.

During an open conversation, systemic and individual problems arising in the process of production and export activities were discussed. Among them, special attention was paid to the issues of VAT refund and replenishment of working capital. To resolve these and other issues, employees of the Export Headquarters have been instructed to take prompt measures.

Entrepreneurs also made more than 20 rational proposals based on practical experience in the textile industry. These proposals were accepted for analysis and development of centralized decisions.

As a result of the round table, a “Road Map” was formed, which includes mechanisms for resolving problematic issues identified during the discussions.
