The project was included to investment programme of Uzbekistan for 2012, which was approved by the President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov.

The project will be realized on the base of Rezinotekhnika open joint stock company, which is located in Angren (Tashkent region). The capacity of the production is 30,000 tonnes a year.

For realization of the project, Prista Oil Holding EAD will direct US$7.65 million of investments and Uznefteprodukt joint stock company will allocate US$7.35 million of own resources.

Prista Oil Holding EAD acquired 50.1% stake of Texaco Overseas Holdings Inc. (USA) in joint venture Uz-Texaco LLC.
