Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On amendments and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the improvement of the procedure for registering citizens” was adopted.

The document amends the administrative regulations for the provision of public services for the issuance of:

permits for reprofiling, reorganization, reconstruction of buildings and structures, as well as designing the construction of additional buildings and structures on the territory;

cadastral passport for a real estate object.

In accordance with the changes, from now on:

when transferring a dwelling to the category of non-residential, all temporarily and permanently resident persons must be discharged

before re-registration in the cadastral authorities;

information about the fact of discharge from the premises when the premises are transferred to the category of non-residential is checked through the Digital Government platform;

when issuing a permit to change the specialization of an object, a diagram of the boundary of the land plot attached to the object will be attached.
