Legislative Chamber approved the law on 1 November 2011 and Senate approved it on 5 December 2011.

The law envisages further improvement of pension provision system of the citizen through introduction of changes and amendments to legislative acts on pension on such issues as seniority, providing right to receive pension privileges, terms and conditions of appointing pension.
