The document was adopted to improve order of issuing recommendations in Armed Forces to servicemen, who completed their service term, to enroll to higher educational establishments and stimulate preferences, provided to them.

According to the resolution, the citizens will receive at least 27% of the maximum points at exams as a bonus to the points collected at university exams.

The document said that the recommendations, issued to citizens, who completed their service term, will be valid for three years.

The resolution underlined that those entrants, who completed their service term and could not enroll to university, can be directed to other university based on the decision of the State Committee on admission to universities.
