President of Uzbekistan to visit New York

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov will participate in the high-level plenary session of the General Assembly on Millennium Development Goals.

Uzbek President Islam Karimov will pay visit to New York on the invitation of the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon on 20-21 September.

Uzbek leader Islam Karimov will head the governmental delegation of Uzbekistan. The delegation of Uzbekistan will present a report on progress of Uzbekistan in implementation of MDGs.
