Issues pertaining to enhancement of mutually advantageous bilateral cooperation along with current topics of regional and international politics are to be addressed during the upcoming talks with Chinese leadership.

A joint declaration on strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and China is expected to be signed during the visit. The two sides also plan to ink other bilateral documents designed to bolster the Uzbek-Chinese interaction in political, economic, investment and other spheres.

The head of our state is then to attend Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit on 6-7 June in Beijing.
