Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- At the invitation of the President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his spouse arrived on a working visit to Beijing.

Minister of Emergency Management of the People’s Republic of China Wang Xiangxi and other officials met the President of Uzbekistan at the Beijing Capital International Airport.

The national flags of the two countries were raised, and a guard of honor was lined up to honor the distinguished guests.

During the visit on 17-18 October, talks with the President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping and Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Wang Huning, and other bilateral meetings are planned.
