During the meeting held in the atmosphere of confidence and mutual understanding, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and his guest exchanged their views on the issues put on the agenda of the meeting of the Council of the CIS Heads of Government, as well as the priority vectors of the bilateral partnership possessing significant potential for further increasing in the whole spectrum.

Underlining with satisfaction the high level of the Turkmen-Uzbek cooperation that received a powerful incentive for development within the last years, the parties called for further widening the mutually beneficial bilateral relations in various spheres, State News Agency of Turkmenistan said.

Rustam Azimov said that Uzbekistan pays great attention to development of relations with Turkmenistan and highly rates initiatives of Turkmenistan in international level.

At the meeting, the sides exchanged opinion on bilateral relations and cooperation within the CIS.
