The issues of deepening of Uzbek-German interaction and developing cooperation among chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and federal and state legislative bodies of Germany were discussed at the meeting, the MFA said.

The parties noted the need for enlarging the legal framework in order to develop mutually advantageous relations between main economic bodies of two countries in trade and investment spheres.

Further enhancement of cooperation among Uzbek and German educational and cultural institutions, non-governmental organizations was also considered.
