President of Islam Karimov to pay official visit Turkmenistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov will pay an official visit to Turkmenistan on 19-20 October on the invitation of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguli Berdimuhamedov.

During the visit, the sides will consider issues of expanding the Uzbek-Turkmen cooperation and regional and international issues of mutual interest.

On the results of the negations, it is expected that the sides will sign bilateral documents aimed at deepening cooperation of the two states.
